This is a fully sales‑driven, target‑oriented role designed for professionals who understand the realities of the independent electronics market - including spot buying, allocation shortages, end‑of‑life components, and fast‑moving demand.
This position requires hands‑on experience within independent distribution.

You will be responsible for acquiring new business, reactivating underpenetrated or neglected accounts, and growing strategic customer relationships across the DACH orNORDIC region. You will act as a trusted commercial partner to customers who rely on alternative sourcing strategies and market intelligence.

• Rebuild and expand underdeveloped or inactive customer accounts.
• Actively source new business through targeted prospecting and market research.
• Develop pricing, quotations, and proposals aligned with independent market conditions.
• Manage the full order‑to‑invoice lifecycle, ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market dynamics, pricing fluctuations, and availability in the global component market.
• Represent Converge at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.

Position:
Senior Account ManagerThe position can be based in the Stockholm area or remote (NORDIC) or anywhere across Germany (DACH).
